Kid Quote -- Good Moods
As Zachary and I picked up Benjamin one evening last week, he asked me, “Did you know you forget almost everything that happened that day, when you go to sleep each night?”
Me: “Really?”
Zachary: “Yes, that’s why you wake up in such a good mood each morning.”
So, is he implying that I go to bed grumpy and in a bad mood each night?
He claims he was referring to the generic “you” and not me specifically, and went on to clarify when we all (generically speaking) wake up we feel refreshed and reenergized, and that’s what leads to our good moods.
Whew! I don’t think he’s trying to tell me something about my moods.
