Gradual update #30 -- The Many Faces of Ben
Benjamin can be very expressive, so I wanted to share some of his expressions here for everyone to enjoy. I'm not sure what he was telling me here, but he was passionate about it.
He has quite a cheesy smile, when he decides to cooperate and smile for the camera.
He also has a knack for cutting (and squinting) his eyes.He really loves his pappies, and does not like to give them up. It's a rare occassion when he has two pappies, so he was very protective of them.
He almost looks mean here as he's cutting his eyes at me (not wanting me to check his diaper to see if that's the cause of a wafting smell).
When it's bedtime, Benjamin will pull his shirt up over his ears, then leave the last little bit snug around his forehead...so he can run show Zachary and MacKenzie how silly he looks. Usually they're good sports and will agree with his silliness assessment so he'll quickly run back to his room to complete the bedtime routine.
Who doesn't enjoy seeing kids relish in the joy of chocolate...as they get it all over their cute, sweet faces?
Benjamin loves his "baby puppy," and really takes care of her. It didn't matter that he had just stepped out of the bathtub and didn't have any clothes on (or even a towel), he was making sure she wasn't left behind.
And one last photo of him, with a slight 'nog-stache. He was posing for the camera, and deliberately tilted his head to the side ("like this") for the photo.
